Accepted forms of payment are bank drawn or USPS postal money order. We do not accept credit cards or payment brokers. SHIPPING
Shipping provider will be chosen by Freakshow Manufacturing LLC. Shipping times are not guaranteed. We try to ship as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours of receiving payment. If your shipment is delayed we will notify you via email as to the expected shipment date. AMMUNITION ORDERS All first time ammunition purchasers submit a copy of a government issued photo ID (usually a driver's license) for age verification as required by US Federal Regulation 27 CFR 478.99b. By purchasing ammunition from Freakshow Mfg LLC via website, mail order, or any other direct means, you certify that you have never been convicted of a felony, have never been adjudicated as mentally defective, or have never been committed to a mental institution and are not otherwise prohibited from purchasing or possessing firearm ammunition. Not providing this information in a timely manner will only delay shipping of your order. You can email, fax or mail your ID to us. We will not ship outside the lower 48 US states. We will not ship to CA or MD nor any other state where interstate shipments of ammunition are regulated. RELOADING and CUSTOM LOADING SERVICE We offer a reloading service and custom loading service to local clients. Please contact us via email to arrange for a quote.
RETURN & CANCELLATIONS
No returns on firearms or ammunition. Orders placed after January 1, 2010 are subject to the following terms: All sales are final. No cancellations, credits, or returns once your order is processed for shipping (packed and labeled for shipment).
Orders placed prior to January 1, 2010 are subject to the following terms: Orders canceled are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Orders placed for LE ammunition from non-LE agency customers will have their order canceled and are subject to the 15% cancellation fee.
PRIVACY
Freakshow Manufacturing LLC will not sell, trade, exchange or otherwise provide information obtained for the purpose of placing orders with Freakshow Manufacturing LLC to anyone. Period. Your information you enter will be used for the purpose of processing your order and it ends there.
ABANDONMENT If you fail to pick up your firearm within 30 days from the date it is logged into the log book, it will be considered abandoned, you will forfeit ownership to Freakshow Manufacturing LLC and it will become company property and inventory.
CAUTION Lead Warning: Exposure to lead is known to cause birth defects, other reproductive harm & cancer.
Discharging firearms in poorly ventilate areas, cleaning firearms or handling ammunition may result in exposure to lead and other substances know to cause birth defects, reproductive harm and other serious physical injury. Have adequate ventilation at all times. Wash hands thoroughly after exposure.
LEGAL There are no expressed or implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. In no event shall Freakshow Manufacturing LLC, its owner, employees, or vendors be liable for any special, indirect, punitive or consequential damages resulting from any use or performance of or content errors or omissions in the information, even if notified in advance of the potential for such damages.
By accessing this web site, placing an order, and/or purchasing products and /or services from Freakshow Manufacturing LLC you agree that the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to the conflict of laws and principles thereof, will apply to all matters relating to the use of the web site and products/services contained herein. You also submit to the personal jurisdiction of Keweenaw County, state of Michigan, and the venue of Keweenaw County court, state of Michigan. Any incurred expenses on behalf of the plaintiff, including but not limited to, travel, lodging, filing fees, legal fees, are the sole and nonnegotiable responsibility of the plaintiff of claim, lawsuit, or litigation pertaining to the matter.
